Reading a product record before an enquiry
Start with the exact product code
Keep the product code with the listed name when comparing records. TG-LS-021 and TG-LS-022 share the name 24V 8mm COB LED Strip, but remain separate records with their own listed fields and PDF summaries.
Read values together with their measurement basis
A number alone does not describe the conditions behind it. The current COB records leave the power and luminous-flux measurement bases unspecified. Do not convert those entries into per-metre claims or assume that different figures were measured under identical conditions.
Turn missing information into a clear question
