Group and supply responsibilities

Midooc Group Limited is the parent company of TaoGroup.Ltd. Selected products and related services are supplied or supported by Midooc Group Limited. Manufacturing, engineering, technical documentation and supply support can also involve qualified partners where appropriate.

The manufacturer or fulfillment party for a particular order may depend on the product, project location, certification requirements or other practical considerations. A group relationship alone does not identify the manufacturer for your order or establish which entity holds a particular certificate.

Separate the reference from the request

Start with the product code and its listed specification. Describe any requested difference separately, including the intended application and why the change matters. A requested option remains a request until it is confirmed for the order.

Keep a supply coordination record

Use these headings in your project notes. Mark an unanswered point as unresolved rather than treating it as agreed.

Product and revision

Identify the selected product, drawings or specification revision and any requested change.

Responsible organizations

Identify the supplying entity, manufacturer or fulfillment party and the scope assigned to each.

Samples and acceptance

If a sample or mock-up is agreed, record its reference, configuration, review criteria and any difference from the intended supply.

Order and handover

Keep confirmed quantities, packaging, labelling, required documents and delivery arrangements with the applicable order record.

Make changes easy to trace

When a configuration changes, identify what changed, which earlier reference it replaces and which technical or commercial questions need renewed confirmation. Sample acceptance applies only to its documented scope; it does not settle an unreviewed variation.

Confirm the order-specific details

Lead times, minimum order quantities, delivery arrangements and warranty terms are established for each order. The quotation, technical documentation and commercial terms confirmed at acceptance apply to that order. Any special inspection or acceptance condition needs to be settled in those records.
