Partner Network

Understand the relationship behind a name and the responsibility behind a role. This page explains the group and supply relationships described by TaoGroup.Ltd and the questions that help define a particular cooperation arrangement.

This is relationship and cooperation guidance, not an authorized-partner directory or a partner application program. No territory, exclusivity or representation right is granted by this page.

The confirmed group relationship

Midooc Group Limited is the parent company of TaoGroup.Ltd. Selected products and related services are supplied or supported by Midooc Group Limited. Manufacturing, engineering, technical documentation and supply support can also involve qualified partners where appropriate.

The manufacturer or fulfillment party for a particular order may depend on the product, project location, certification requirements or other practical considerations. These statements describe the group and possible supply roles; they do not identify an authorized distributor, installer or regional representative.

Define the contribution

A cooperation discussion is clearer when it names the work involved. The following roles are questions to resolve for the arrangement, not services attributed to unnamed partners.

Product supply
Which organization supplies the product, and which product and order does the arrangement cover?
Technical documentation
Who issues the relevant drawings, specifications or reports, and which configuration do they cover?
Project coordination
Who brings together requirements, document references, decisions and outstanding questions?
On-site work
If installation or another site service is required, who has agreed to provide it and what is its scope?

Match experience to the work

When considering a cooperation proposal, keep the organization's identity, relevant experience and proposed contribution together. Record the products or services, customers and territory under discussion. Evidence of one activity does not establish capability or authority for another.

Check the authority behind a claim

For a proposed arrangement, clarify commercial scope, communication responsibilities and any support obligations in writing. Use of the TaoGroup.Ltd name, territory rights, exclusivity, pricing authority, warranty authority and public representation need express agreement.

An introduction or an initial discussion does not grant those rights. A group relationship also does not, by itself, authorize another organization to make commitments for TaoGroup.Ltd.

Keep relationship information specific

When reviewing a relationship statement, look for the named organization, its role, the relevant product or project scope and whether the statement is current. A logo or a general partner label alone does not explain these details.

No list of authorized partners is provided here. Use the Company overview for TaoGroup.Ltd's business scope, and keep any proposed cooperation distinct from an agreed appointment.
