How do I find a product?

When JavaScript is available and the catalog controls have loaded, search by product code or name. Search matches case-insensitive literal text within either field; surrounding and repeated spaces are normalized. Category, Supply voltage and Strip width filters use exact catalog values. All selected conditions apply together, including your search.

What if no records match?

Change your search or filters, or choose Reset search and filters to clear every condition and show all records again. The result count updates as you change the conditions.

Where can I read the full listed specifications?

Use a record's View details link to open its detail page. Read Technical data together with Specification notes for the listed values and their limitations. The COB Strip comparison places the two reviewed COB records side by side.

How do I compare selected products?

Across All Products, the four product categories and product details, comparison controls appear after JavaScript initializes successfully. Choose Compare for a product code to select up to three records, then choose View comparison. A fourth selection does not replace a selected record; use the product-specific Remove control or Clear comparison before choosing another.

Changing search or filters, or choosing Reset search and filters, keeps your comparison. Product codes and the catalog version can be retained in this browser tab during navigation, refresh and Back or Forward. Clear comparison deletes this saved selection. If browser storage is unavailable, comparison works on the current page and may reset when you leave or refresh. Without the comparison controls, use native detail links to read each record and its notes.

Read each record's listed values, units and specification notes together. Not specified remains unresolved; comparison does not establish ranking, equivalence, compatibility or suitability. This selectable comparison is separate from the fixed two-record COB comparison and the printed Catalog Comparison Worksheet.

Can I return to my filtered results?

With JavaScript available, opening a matching detail from the listing with at least one valid filter selected makes a dedicated Back to filtered results link available. It carries only Category, Supply voltage and Strip width selections. Search text is not carried between pages. On direct entry or when that context is unavailable, use the ordinary Products link to browse the catalog.

Can I browse without JavaScript?

Yes. All records, category jumps, detail links and native inquiry links remain available. Search and filter controls are shown only after the enhancement initializes; browsing the records does not depend on them.

How do I ask about a product?

Choose the record's Enquire about link to open your configured email app with its product code and name in a draft. Review and send the message there. Opening the link does not send it. If your email app does not open, copy this address: hello@taogroup.ltd.
