Technical Support
A clear product question makes it easier to identify the information that needs attention. Start with the exact product record, describe what you need to understand and keep the relevant wording or observations together. This guide helps you prepare that enquiry without filling gaps in the available information.
This unpublished guide explains how to ask a product question. Support arrangements, document availability and the suitability of a product for a particular requirement need separate confirmation.
Identify the product and the question
Find the individual product in the current product records and retain its product code. If your question involves several records, list each code separately. Similar names, photographs or specifications do not establish that products are interchangeable or share the same options.
State the question in one sentence before adding detail. For example, identify whether you need clarification of a listed value, the scope of a document or a requirement that the record does not address. Keep the exact source wording alongside your question.
Describe the context clearly
For a question about listed information, include the value, unit and accompanying specification note. Preserve an unspecified measurement basis or ambiguous wording rather than converting it into a more definite claim. The Professionals review guide can help you organize these distinctions.
For an enquiry about an existing product, describe the behavior you observed, when you noticed it and the information already available to you. Separate observations from possible explanations. A description or photograph alone does not establish the cause of an issue.
Prepare a technical enquiry
Use these fields in your own notes. Include what you know and mark unresolved information clearly.
- Product identity
- Give the product code and identify the record or document you are referring to.
- Question or observed behavior
- State the point you need clarified or describe what you observed.
- Context
- Explain the intended requirement or the circumstances relevant to the question.
- Exact source statement
- Retain the listed wording, unit and associated limitation.
- Evidence already available
- Identify relevant existing documents or observations and what each shows.
- Clarification needed
- Describe the information required to decide your next step.
Send the question with its context
Take your brief to Contact TaoGroup, or copy the approved business address: hello@taogroup.ltd. Review the information you choose to include before sending your message.
If you need a drawing, report, certificate or installation document, ask which material is available for the exact product and requirement. A request for a document does not establish that it exists or covers your application. Product-specific technical and installation requirements should be confirmed before relying on an assumption.
For questions about using the preview's search, filters or product links, read the Catalog FAQ.
